Transitions, Transmutation and Transformation
Last month I made reference to the releasing and the letting go that a
lot of us have been participating in in light of the recent economic "changes." Let me assure you that what
we do not need will be removed from us with or without our conscious consent.
This leads to mindfulness
as the way out of just about any seeming difficulty. It requires us to take a look at ourselves, take a searching
and fearless inventory of our innermost Selves. Whatever is there that does not serve our highest good must be released
before the gifts of heaven on earth can flow into our consciousness. As we reached a critical mass that is necessary
to effect a change in the way we live, it took a form we didn't expect.
Now, we are reaching
a critical mass for knowing that in the flow of the Universe there enough for everybody and just because your neighbor has
a lot doesn't mean there is less for you, on the contrary, it shows you that there is more available to you. The rest
of this calendar year is all about transitioning to a more abundant and inclusive collective experience for all.

When beliefs are cleared, you may not sense
an immediate change. You may only notice the change when you encounter a similar situation and your response is different
this time.
Sometimes the relief is immediate and impactful but more often the process is subtle. However, if
you reflect on differences before and after the session, you will see that there has been much improvement.
When
trauma is currently causing stress you are more likely to feel an immediate sense of relief and inner peace.
Although, in some cases, you may feel no change and will have to wait and see how you behave and feel in similar situations.
You will look back on those situations and be pleased with your new, more healthy, response than before SMD.
Another hint that SMD has worked is that you have asked yourself if "X" were healed, what would it mean and
the response is something that has occurred, or something very similar, since
