Letting Go--Literally
As we continue to move forward into the year 2010, the "losses" and
the releasing continues. It is much like a river that is taking things downstream from us that we do not need as the
Ascension continues. That is...bringing 5-D to 3-D Earth. And so, we choose to release and those who are done
releasing are now holding space for those who choose to continue letting go. There can be nothing, not even
a smidgen, of holding on to old ways of thinking, doing and even believing. Those of us holding space are literally
bridging the gap and are doing great lightwork. The letting go is a process and can be seen world-wide in countries
and in economics. We are restructuring and it will be much easier to adapt, go with the flow and otherwise stop resisting.
In another 6 months things may be much calmer, a resting phase, before the real fireworks begin.

When beliefs are cleared, you may not sense
an immediate change. You may only notice the change when you encounter a similar situation and your response is different
this time.
Sometimes the relief is immediate and impactful but more often the process is subtle. However, if
you reflect on differences before and after the session, you will see that there has been much improvement.
When
trauma is currently causing stress you are more likely to feel an immediate sense of relief and inner peace.
Although, in some cases, you may feel no change and will have to wait and see how you behave and feel in similar situations.
You will look back on those situations and be pleased with your new, more healthy, response than before SMD.
Another hint that SMD has worked is that you have asked yourself if "X" were healed, what would it mean and
the response is something that has occurred, or something very similar, since
